Figgjo Flint - Rhubarb Sauce

I made the Grilled Rhubarb Vanilla Honey Sauce as a topping for ice cream for a Memorial Day picnic at my parent's house - the rhubarb is from their garden.  The recipe is from the My New Roots blog (slightly altered by me with the addition of some strawberries, which I also grilled).  Served in a newer Figgjo Flint bowl that I got for my birthday last year.

  1. That grilled rhubarb sauce looks delicious! Just a shame that I can't see more of the Figgjo-bowl. ;)
First time that I'm visiting your blog and I think it's great that you show your appreciation for Scandinavian ceramics.

  2. I absolutely LOVE your blog. I am also a fan of Scandinavian ceramics, which are not so easy to find in NZ and tend to be horribly expensive when you do. I have a few pieces of Figgio Flynt, Arabia and Rorstrand, and when my husband isn't looking, I buy a bit more. Keep up the great work. J
